Biography

Francisca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from the University of Ilorin and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Marketing from Cranfield University, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

She is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience spanning real estate, banking, and strategic marketing. Her career includes senior leadership roles at Palton Morgan Holdings, where she served as Head of Marketing, Sales & Business Development and concurrently led its subsidiary, Grenadines Homes Limited, as Head of Business. She also served as Country Manager and Head of Country Operations at Echostone Nigeria Limited, driving operational excellence and business growth.

Before transitioning into the real estate and construction sectors, Francisca built a distinguished 13-year career in corporate banking, managing high-value relationships across the oil and gas, construction, and conglomerate sectors. Her diverse industry expertise, strategic insight, and proven leadership have consistently delivered business growth, market expansion, and operational excellence, making her a respected leader in driving organizational success.

Drove strategic growth initiatives that secured 70% of West Sealand International's client base, significantly increasing revenue and profitability.
Led the establishment of Echostone Development Nigeria, overseeing business setup, executive recruitment, and the successful implementation of the Timberline Sage ERP system.
Managed an international team to conceptualize a $150 million real estate development in Lagos, achieving 40% pre-sales of the first tower within three months.
Successfully recovered over 80% of delinquent loans for Guaranty Trust Bank.
